What is covered?

u Cancellation - You are covered for irrecoverable expenses incurred by you in respect of anything outside of your control including transport, accomodation, catering, protographs, flowers, wedding attire of the wedding party and services from any other suppiers should the wedding be cancelled or posponed through death, illness, injury to bride, groom close relatives, jury service, non attendance of 50% or more of the wedding guests due to adverse weather.

uWedding Attire - Cover for loss or damage of Wedding attire whilst in the possession of any Wedding party member.

u Photographs & Video - Cover for non-appearance of proffecional photographer/video operator booked for the wedding and loss , damage or non developement of the flm or negatives (other tahn under/over exposure or poor quality).

uWedding Presents, Wedding Rings - For details see Wedding Cake, Attendants Gifts, Flowers section.

uPublic Liability - Cover for any accidental bodily injury including death, disease or illness to guests and accidental damage to property at the Wedding or Reception.

uFailure of service Supplier - Cover for bankruptcy or liquidation of service supplies booked to provide catering, etc.

uTransport - Cover for failure of private hire car services to provide transport due to breakdown or accident.

uWedding Rings, Attendants gifts - Cover for loss or damage of wedding rings up to 7 days prior to the Wedding and 24 hours following the wedding.

uWedding Cake, Attendants Gifts, Flowers - Following loss or damageby any cause to the wedding cake, wedding presents, wedding rings, attendants presents or flowers during the period of 7 days prior to the Wedding and 24 hours after the reception whilst at your home or at the reception or in transit between these locations, we will replace or we will pay the value of such items or make good such damage up to the amount shown in the schedule.

uMarquee - Cover for accidental loss or damage or cancellation of the Wedding. OPTIONAL at an additional cost.

What Isn't covered

tAny sums recoverable from any other source
tThe first £25 per section
t Non appearance due to disinclination of the Bride or Groom to marry
t Cancellation due to stress
t A claim arising from injury, ilness or death due to any of the following: attempted suicide, suiside, pregnancy, under the influence of drugs, effects of alcohol, or any hazardous activities
t Any costs incurred if booked against advice of any medical practitioner
t Any loss or theft not reported to the police within 24 hours
t Loss or damage arising from wear and tear etc of the wedding attire
t Loss or damage by theft or attempted theft from unattended vehicles
t Transport failure costs where the arrangements were NOTput in writing
t Loss or damage arising from war/terrorism
Marquee cover exclusions:
t Damage arising from erection or dismantling of any hired property
t Damage to flooring caused by footwear
t Audio & Visual entertainment equipment
